Views Through

I like to frame scenes so the viewer can see through one image to another. Piercing the foreground creates a sense of discovery and forms interesting layers, juxtapositions, and patterns. These first two shots are on Martha's Vineyard, Massachusetts, the first in Oak Bluffs and the second in Menemsha; the third in Aveiro, Portugal; and the fourth on Cape Cod, Mass.
